The answer's messy but the cat's out of the bag, so:

Good Lovin' on Shakedown Street.
Comes a Time on Reflections.
Eyes of the World wasn't played on the E72 tour (unless GDP's holding back the secret shows).
Playin' in the Band was released on Ace, which came out during the tour.

Wishful thinking. Much as I'm enjoying the E72 box, I've been listening to a bit of 73 and 77 on the side as a relief from the repetitive setlists of E72.

EDIT: I think Stella Blue was the first song introduced off Wake--in July 72 or thereabouts.

What about The Main Ten on Rolling Thunder? I think it applies...

The judges point out that no tracks on any of the E72 box CDs are labeled The Main Ten, and the 10-beat jam is an integral part of Playin' in the Band, so The Main Ten per se was not played on the tour. Also, I think The Main Ten as played in 69 was jammed to a different theme (albeit with the same rhythm) from the jam in the middle of Playin' in the Band. If Rolling Thunder uses the same chords as Playin' in the Band, then I'd say it's just a jam on part of Playin' in the Band under a different name. But just part.

Eyes of the World?

Please tell us which show from Europe '72 they played EOTW because as far as I know that song debuted at Roscoe Maples on 2/9/73.
